Possession is 9/10ths of Being Loved

When you work nights it’s tough to get a decent day’s sleep and it’s even tougher with a nine month old pup in the house. Leica can usually be coaxed into sleeping in till maybe 11:00 but after that all bets are off.  Of course the strict canine disciplinarians will recoil in horror at the sight of a dog in your bed – but she likes it, we like it, and it keeps her out of trouble.  Besides, I don’t see Cesar Millan greeting us at the door bouncing and happy after a long day of work.

Yes it’s true we are thoroughly owned by our dogs (and cat) but we wouldn’t have it any other way. You may remember this previous post about Leica’s predecessor Louie.  Oh, and if you’re wondering why we named her Leica you can get the details here and here – what can we say, we’re photographers.  Heck, I wanted to call the cat Fuji!

Technical details:
Camera: Fuji X10 rangefinder
Leica (the dog): Jack Russell Terrier
Sleep Mask: Fashion accesory from the Dollar Store
